What's going on?

I intend to write daily from 1st to 30th November
in an attempt to create a novel.

A Simple Plan

I have a title now all I need is:

1. A plot
2. Characters
3. A beginning
4. A middle
5. An end
6. An ounce of writing talent

Or do I? - who says a novel has to follow the standard format. I am just going to bang out a few paragraphs a day when I think of them and eventually it will all fall into place. How hard can it be? Have you read Harry Potter?
